Who We Are..... 

The Saint Paul Festival and Heritage Foundation is a non-profit membership organization that produces the Saint Paul Winter Carnival.  We rely on sponsors, fundraisers, donations, charitable gaming and our members to support our activities.

Foundation Mission: 

To foster a sense of community, pride, belonging and connectedness by celebrating Saint Paul’s unique history and emerging heritage through fun and educational experiences.

Committees of the Board, which also include some non-board members, are as follows:

Executive Committee, Finance & Budget Committee. Membership Committee, Protocol & Exchange Committee, Sponsorship Committee, Strategic Planning Committee, SPFHF Golf Tournament Committee, Saint Paul Holiday Cheer, and Royal Float Committee. Nominations and Board Development work is done by the entire Board of Directors.
